Terms of service

trenchnode provides market data, social signals and an overlay for memecoin trading terminals. It does not execute trades, hold assets, or request a wallet signature, seed phrase or private key.

Access is granted through a verified fomo handle. You are responsible for that handle and any session opened with it.

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. The product is not offered to persons in jurisdictions where using market-data software for speculative trading is prohibited.

Do not scrape beyond the published API, resell the feed, impersonate another handle, or attempt to circumvent rate limits. We may suspend an account that degrades the stream for others.

Data, scores and alerts are informational. They are not investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell, or a guarantee of outcome. Tokens can go to zero. You trade at your own risk.

We target high uptime and publish live component health at /status. We do not warrant uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows and incidents are logged there.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, trenchnode is not liable for lost profits, missed entries, delayed alerts or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Total liability for a claim is limited to fees you paid us in the ninety days before the claim.

We may update these terms. Continued use after a posted change is acceptance. Questions go to the Discord listed on trenchnode.fun.
